Streaming & Social Media Policy
This Streaming & Social Media Policy applies to the official streaming channels, social media profiles, video channels, live chats, comment sections, community spaces, and other third-party accounts operated by CyberD3m0n.
This Policy works alongside the CyberD3m0n Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, Community Standards for Comments, Moderation Consequences, Copyright Notice, Privacy Policy, and other policies published on https://www.cyberd3m0n.qd.je.
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies when you interact with CyberD3m0n through an official account or channel on a third-party platform. This includes live streams, stream chats, comments, replies, mentions, direct interactions, community posts, video comments, clips, and similar features.
A platform may have its own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, copyright rules, privacy rules, and moderation systems. You are responsible for following the rules of the platform you are using along with this Policy.
CyberD3m0n may apply community rules that are stricter than the minimum rules provided by a third-party platform.Official Accounts
Only accounts identified by CyberD3m0n or linked through https://www.cyberd3m0n.qd.je should be treated as official CyberD3m0n accounts.
Do not impersonate CyberD3m0n, its creator, moderators, staff members, community members, or associated accounts. Accounts created for parody or commentary should make their nature clear and should not be presented in a way intended to mislead other people.
CyberD3m0n is not responsible for unofficial accounts claiming to represent the site, brand, creator, or community.Community Conduct
People are welcome to disagree, criticize content, debate gaming topics, joke around, and express their own opinions. Disagreement by itself is not a rule violation.
The following conduct may result in moderation action:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech, discriminatory attacks, or slurs directed at another person or group.
- Posting another person's private or identifying information without permission.
- Impersonation intended to deceive other users.
- Spam, repetitive messages, excessive tagging, flooding, or unwanted promotion.
- Scams, phishing links, malicious downloads, malware, or deceptive links.
- Sexual content or other material that is inappropriate for the community or platform.
- Encouraging violence, criminal activity, or direct harm against another person.
- Ban evasion or attempts to bypass moderation actions.
- Repeated attempts to provoke arguments after being asked to stop.
- Deliberate disruption of streams, chats, comment sections, or community discussions.
- Content that violates the rules of the platform being used.
Context may be considered when reviewing conduct. A joke between people who know each other may be treated differently from repeated targeted harassment.
Live Streams and Chat
Live chat moves quickly, and moderators may need to act without extended discussion.
Keep chat readable and relevant to what is happening. Repeated messages, excessive capitalization, repeated emojis, copy-and-paste messages, disruptive commands, and similar flooding may be removed.
Do not repeatedly demand attention from the streamer or other viewers. Sending the same question or message again and again does not increase the chance of receiving a response. It mostly increases the chance of meeting the timeout button.
Moderators may slow chat, restrict chat features, remove messages, issue timeouts, or ban accounts when needed.
Backseat Gaming and Spoilers
Backseat gaming may be allowed during some streams and discouraged during others. Follow any instructions provided by the streamer or moderators.
Do not post major story spoilers, puzzle solutions, endings, character deaths, hidden content, upcoming events, or similar information when the streamer has asked viewers to avoid spoilers.
Accidental spoilers may be handled differently from deliberate or repeated spoilers.
Self-Promotion
Do not use CyberD3m0n streams, comments, replies, or community spaces primarily to advertise your own channel, website, server, referral link, product, service, or social profile.
Sharing your own content may be permitted when it is relevant to the discussion and contributes something useful.
Repeated promotion, unsolicited advertisements, referral spam, and messages posted mainly to redirect people elsewhere may be removed.
Comments, Replies, and Mentions
Comments, replies, mentions, quotes, and other interactions directed at official CyberD3m0n accounts may be moderated.
CyberD3m0n may remove, hide, restrict, mute, block, or report interactions that violate this Policy, the Community Standards for Comments, or the applicable platform rules.Criticism will not be removed solely for being negative. People are free to disagree with opinions, reviews, gaming preferences, website decisions, streams, or other content.
There is a difference between criticism and repeatedly targeting another person.
Private Messages
Sending a private message to an official CyberD3m0n account does not guarantee a response.
Do not use private messages for harassment, threats, spam, repeated demands, scams, sexual content, or attempts to bypass a moderation action.
Messages may be retained or reported when needed to document abuse, security issues, threats, fraud, or policy violations.
Privacy
Do not post private information belonging to another person.
This includes home addresses, private phone numbers, private email addresses, account credentials, financial information, identifying documents, private conversations, or other information that a person has not chosen to make public.
Publicly available information should not be collected or reposted for the purpose of intimidating, exposing, or harassing another person.
User Content
You remain responsible for material you post through third-party platforms.
Posting content in connection with CyberD3m0n does not mean CyberD3m0n endorses, approves, or agrees with that content.
Copyright and intellectual property matters are handled under the Copyright Notice and DMCA Policy available on https://www.cyberd3m0n.qd.je.
Clips, Screenshots, and Shared Posts
Features provided by a platform for clipping, quoting, reposting, sharing, or embedding content may be used in accordance with that platform's rules and the CyberD3m0n Copyright Notice.
Do not edit content in a deceptive way that falsely changes its meaning or presents fabricated statements as genuine.
Screenshots, clips, or recordings used to harass, threaten, impersonate, or expose private information may result in moderation action.
Moderation
Moderation may include message removal, comment removal, hiding replies, warnings, timeouts, restrictions, muting, blocking, temporary bans, permanent bans, or reports to the platform.
The action taken may depend on the severity of the behavior, surrounding context, previous violations, account history, and whether the behavior continued after a warning.
Serious violations may result in immediate removal or banning without a prior warning.
A moderation action on one official CyberD3m0n platform may be considered when reviewing behavior on another official CyberD3m0n platform.
Cross-Platform Conduct
CyberD3m0n does not attempt to police everything a person does online.Conduct outside official CyberD3m0n spaces may still be considered when it directly targets CyberD3m0n, its creator, moderators, staff, or community members and creates a clear safety, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or ban-evasion issue involving the community.
Ban Evasion
Do not create or use another account to bypass a block, timeout, suspension, restriction, or ban.
Helping another person bypass a moderation action may also result in action against the assisting account.
Repeated ban evasion may lead to broader restrictions across official CyberD3m0n accounts and community spaces.
Appeals
If a moderation action qualifies for appeal, the appeal process described in the CyberD3m0n Community Standards or Moderation Consequences policy applies.
Creating alternate accounts, repeatedly contacting moderators, posting public demands, or harassing people about an appeal may affect the review.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original action will be changed.
Third-Party Platforms
Streaming and social media services are operated by third parties. CyberD3m0n does not control their availability, technical systems, enforcement decisions, account restrictions, data practices, or changes to their services.
A third-party platform may remove content or restrict an account independently of any action taken by CyberD3m0n.
CyberD3m0n cannot restore accounts, posts, comments, videos, or other content removed by a third-party platform.No Endorsement
Following, replying to, reposting, quoting, liking, mentioning, featuring, or interacting with another account does not automatically mean CyberD3m0n endorses that account, person, organization, product, service, or every opinion associated with it.
The same applies when another person appears in a stream, video, post, comment, or community discussion.
Changes to This Policy
CyberD3m0n may update this Streaming & Social Media Policy as services, community features, moderation practices, or platform rules change.The current version will be published on https://www.cyberd3m0n.qd.je.
Continued participation in official CyberD3m0n community spaces after a policy update means that future activity is subject to the updated Policy.
